Our Selection Process

Alora HR Solutions follows carefully a planned selection process

Understanding clients requirement of Job Position in terms of function, qualification&experience and of Organization with regards to existing business activities, structure and further growth plans.
Our Professional& Technical Consultant will conduct preliminary screening, trade test, OPQ, HJA and rank a shortlist of the workers according to their potentials and experience, further tests shall be conducted to obtain an in-depth technical knowledge of the person.
All completed CVs with our rating sheet of the shortlist candidates shall be sent to you for final approval.

Company Representative or Video Conferencing final interview shall be arranged by us. You can select from the CVs provided by us, we guarantee 99% accuracy. Conducting Orientation, Explaining Terms & Condition of Employment Contract to Workers are normal routine. Flight Details will be given to you before a week. Follow- up with client and candidate joining the organization to ensure satisfaction on both sides.

Time Graph
